Following a NET exclusive that popular singer-producer Sheyman has parted ways with Trybe Records, label boss eLDee da Don has opened up on the separation.
Responding to an E-mail query from NET, eLDee explains that ‘Sheyman’s deal was structured to allow him create music independently’. ‘He is still a part of the Iman Entertainment family, and still functions as the pro engineer for team, we still make music together and we have and shall continue to promote his works’, the Da Trybe boss explains.
Iman Entertainment is the parent company of Trybe Records. And as to why his profile page was taken off the website, eLDee says ‘His removal from the website is only to properly highlight the core Trybe Records artists’.
